Just collected them from kiln today. They were really burning hot when kiln door was opened.

Iris turned out all right!.

Apples turned out very dark red. Too dark - I think! This is twice fired.

Plate of roses. This is after the first fire. Will need another coat of paint, fire again and a dark background.

Roses and hydrangea. Twice fired. Final - decided to stop here.

The left piece is fired twice. The piece on the right is 3rd firing. The berries look merrier after top up of Otono red and Violet. Bird is more lifelike.

A hydrangea mug. Will take a few months rest from painting for holidays.

After nearly 2 months in the kiln, these are now fired.

Red apples with Otono Red and Red Pampadour, Filipe's colours. Somehow, the yellow added into the red is fired out.

Graped, fired 3 times.

Roses in violet and pink - first fire.

Rose and bird - twice firing. Should be sufficient. A third firing should make the cherries look brighter.

Mug, after first fire. The violet fades, probably too much oil. Need touch-up and second firing.
